Cindy Allen

Norman attorney Cindy Allen brings a wealth of practical legal experience in family law and criminal defense to the Law Office of Cindy Allen, PLLC.  Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Allen worked as a prosecutor handling complex criminal law and family law cases in Cleveland County.  Ms. Allen served as an Assistant District Attorney for Cleveland County and was the Managing Attorney for the Child Support Enforcement Division at the D.A.'s office.

Ms. Allen was named a Carl Albert Fellow during her undergraduate studies (1988-1990), and while in law school she served on the American Indian Law Review (1996-1997).  In her professional career, Ms. Allen has been recognized as Attorney of the Year by the Oklahoma Child Enforcement Association (1998, 2001) and as Outstanding Member of the Year from the Oklahoma Child Support Enforcement Association (1999).

Julia Mills

Julia began working for her mother, Cindy Allen, in October of 2003 while studying for her pre-law Letters Degree from the University of Oklahoma. While in law school Julia interned for Judge Lori Walkley, District Judge Cleveland County and The U.S. State Department Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor. Upon graduating from law school she worked for the Political Section of the U.S. Embassy in El Salvador. After returning from El Salvador she took the Oklahoma Bar and joined as Associate Counsel with The Law Office of Cindy Allen, PLLC. Julia's experience in working in the legal field since 2003 has given her invaluable insight and in depth knowledge in the areas of Family Law, criminal law, bankruptcy, and Wills & Trusts.
